BeaconGuild makes two products: one for deciding what to do, and one for shaping the work once the decision is made. Commit Well is in an invite-only pilot; Begin Well is planned for release by December 31, 2026.

The founding products
Use Commit Well when the decision is not yet settled.
Make a clear, defensible decision before you commit real time, money, or attention. Work through one important choice and leave with a Decision Brief you can use, explain, and revisit.
Use Begin Well when the direction is approved but the work is still vague.
Turn an approved idea into work someone can pick up and own. Leave with a Project Charter that says what the work is, what it is not, and what has to be in place to start. Coming soon — planned release by December 31, 2026.

The planned bundle
Commit Well is for deciding whether and how to proceed. Begin Well is for shaping the work once that decision is made.

Begin Well is not available yet. Its planned release is by December 31, 2026. The bundle will provide one Commit Well session and one Begin Well session, with Begin Well access following its release. Bundle checkout is not open yet.
